Challenge

eClincher needed to accelerate their SaaS growth by increasing monthly trials and revenue through strategic advertising across Google, Facebook, and Capterra channels, with optimized landing pages for better conversions.

Approach

We began by building a robust tracking infrastructure to monitor conversions across the entire customer journey, establishing the data foundation needed for effective Facebook and Google advertising. This included integrating Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Crazyegg for full funnel performance tracking.

We created a cohesive strategy covering both search engine advertising as well as paid social media campaigns.

To drive acquisition and growth, Google search targeted high-intent keywords and competitor audiences. Our team created dedicated landing pages that emphasized eClincher’s unique competitive advantages.

At the same time, we developed Facebook retargeting funnels to win back in-market users who had already engaged with our platform. These ads emphasized key value propositions tailored for warm prospects.

Additionally, we leveraged Facebook Pixel to develop lookalike audiences based on eClincher’s highest-value customers, targeting cold prospects with higher conversion potential.

The final piece of the puzzle involved integrating conversion tracking with Capterra to identify the most effective product categories for advertising investment and optimize ad spend allocation.
