Challenge

After 25 years as a premier luxury travel leader, Red Carpet Enterprises & Concierge Club faced a critical hurdle: translating their esteemed legacy and unlimited vision into a digital experience that matched their high-end service—without compromising scale, performance, or prestige.

Approach

In order to present Red Carpet as an agency that delivers the best in first class travel experiences, CDE first needed to find the Content Management System most appropriate for its mission and internal needs. CDE selected Squarespace due to its combination of customizable design features and backend user friendliness, in addition to Red Carpet’s forgoing of e-commerce.

With a quality foundation, CDE was able to conceive a design that not only wasn’t functionally possible with RC’s previous site platform, but which also did justice to the high quality of RC’s offered experiences. A clean and streamlined approach to navigation allows a site visitor to effortlessly browse through the over thirty global travel experiences pre-curated by category.

Additionally, a new venture of Red Carpet, the Road to Longevity Summit, had received a visually engaging home with a customized design as well.

To take advantage of the CDE’s custom coded design framework, over 100 high resolution photos were optimized for reliable and fast loading that posed a vast improvement in contrast with the previous website which had page load times approaching twenty seconds each while often failing to load photos, videos, copy, design features, and other assets altogether.

The new website, now ready to be outfitted with not only Squarespace’s native analytics, but also third party analytics software such as Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel, captures worldwide insights drawn from their international customer base.
